Nicole Van Ranst is a founding partner of Newton and head of the Corporate M&A Section.

She’s an experienced international business lawyer, with a particular focus on general corporate and commercial matters, corporate acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, inbound and outbound, mainly for privately held companies (scale up and mature family businesses but also large multinational organisations) in the marketing, communication, media and entertainment, and leisure industries, health, life-science, biotechnology and technology, but also in the retail and logistics real estate industry.
